‣ 8,005 killed, of them 3,324 children, 2,026 women.

‣ 995 not yet identified, 248 of them children.

‣ 67% killed while at home with their family.

‣ 1,800 missing, 940 of them children.

‣ 192 families lost 10 or more members, among them Isma’il, operator of the Facebook page “We on the Other Side of the Fence” who lost 23 members of his family.

‣ 136 families lost 6-9 members.

‣ 444 families lost 2-5 members.

‣ 20,242 persons wounded.

‣ 4.1 million refugees.

‣ 671,397 seek refuge in UNRWA institutions.

‣ 121,750 in hospitals, churches and public buildings.

Israeli communities near the Gaza Strip and near Israel’s northern border

The West Bank

‣ 115 killed, 33 of them minors.

‣ 27 of the woundings by live fire.

‣ 167 attacks by settler-colonists.

‣ 26 cases ended with fatal casualties.

‣ 33% of the attacks were under armed threat even shootings.

‣ 50% accompanied by the army. Most ended up in clashes with the army, in which 3 Palestinians were killed.

Wednesday, October 25

Fatalities

1. Ahmad Ghaleb Mutir, 20-years-old, from Qalandia refugee camp.

2. Hamza Taha, 19-years-old, from Qalqilia.

3. Mohammad Al Sanah, 16-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.

4. Abdallah Al Fa’id, 20-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.

5. Mohammad Abu Qatana, 19-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.

6. Nabil Qasem Ma’ari, 15-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.


Arrests

About 72 persons arrested.


Clashes with the army

1. Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem - raid to conduct mass arrests. Confrontations, one person killed (shot in the head and belly), 3 wounded by live fire.

2. Qalqilia - dawn raid. One person killed (reportedly killed by 20 live bullets).

3. Jenin refugee camp - raid to arrest 2 wanted men. Combination of snipers on the ground and weaponized drones that fired 2 shells at a group of Palestinians. 4 men killed, 23 wounded by live fire. Ambulances prevented from approaching, anyone getting near the wounded men was shot.

4. Bethlehem - confrontations at the northern entrance.

5. Kufr Al-Labud, east of Tul Karem - shots at Palestinians. A 15-year-old wounded in the face by shrapnel.


Demolitions

1. Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, East Jerusalem - Abu Jibna’s home of 9 persons -demolished.

2. Beit Hanina neighborhood, north-east Jerusalem - a Palestinian forced to demolish his own home.


Settler-colonist attacks against Palestinians

(according to reports by activists and Yesh Din organization)


1. Sha’ab Al Botom, Massafer Yatta - colonists backed up by soldiers attack a villager and 3 human rights activists (among them a woman-member of Breaking the Silence), damage electricity and water infrastructure, theft of money and work tools.

2. Yanun, east of Nablus - colonists attack and chase away olive harvesters. Steal harvested fruit.

3. Burin - dozens of colonists from the direction of Yitzhar invade village lands, attack olive harvesters, ignite a vehicle, vandalize property and steal equipment and olive crop.

4. Jalud, south-east of Nablus - Colonists attack olive harvesters and steal equipment and olive crop.

5. Tarqumia, west of Hebron - after taking over farmland, colonists destroyed 9 farming structures owned by Palestinians (among them ancient structures), soldiers and colonists prevent Palestinians from accessing their land.

6. Khalat A-Dhaba, Massafer Yatta - colonists and soldiers attack the village and cause damages. One Palestinian wounded.

7. A-Tawane, Massafer Yatta - colonists accompanied by soldiers work the land owned by one of the villagers, soldiers shoot live fire at congregating villagers, 55 olive trees uprooted.

8. Old City of Jerusalem, A-Sawana neighborhood - colonists backed up by Border Police attack the Al Alami family home and vandalize vehicles. Rubber-coated bullets shot at family members, 2 wounded by such bullets, whole-body bruises incurred by a third family member.

9. Al Mu’arajat, north-west of Jericho - a colonist is documented threatening community members they should leave or else be attacked at night. Another case in which Palestinians report stone throwing. Soldiers accompanied by a colonist came with the false excuse that Palestinians threw the stones. A soldier pointed his weapon at an activist’s head.

10. Karawat Bani Hassan, north-west of Salfit - threats and live fire at olive harvesters.

 

Thursday, October 26

Fatalities

1. Usaid Hamdi Hamidat, 17-years-old, from Al Jilazun refugee camp.

2. Mohammad Ahmad Kabaha, 25-years-old, from Tura. Died of his wounds, incurred about a week ago in confrontations.


Arrests

101 persons arrested.


Clashes with the army

1. Al Jilazun refugee camp, north of Ramallah - raid to conduct arrests. Confrontations, one 17-year-old killed. A 14-year-old wounded by live fire.

2. Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, East Jerusalem - policemen attack inhabitants. Beat them up without arrests.


3. Tubas - raid to conduct arrests. Confrontations, 8 wounded by live fire.

4. Bethlehem - clashes in the city’s northern entrance.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Hares, north-west of Salfit - blocking village entrance and stone throwing.

2. Burin, south of Nablus - colonists harvest Palestinian-owned olive trees and steal the crop.

3. Til, south-west of Nablus - colonists attack olive harvesters and wound 3 of them, in full view of soldiers. Steal equipment and olives.

4. Qusra, south-east of Nablus - colonists attack olive harvesters.

5. Dayr Istia, north-west of Salfit - incitement campaign on colonist websites, a group of colonists attacks farmers during olive harvest, in full view of soldiers.

6. Al Marahit Al Bid, Massafer Yatta - colonists graze their sheep on community land, consequently dozens of olive trees vandalized.

7. Sadat Al Th’ale, Massafer Yatta - Colonists cut water infrastructure and threaten to inhabitants to kill them if they do not leave.

8. Ein Al Beda, Massafer Yatta - colonists vandalized over 200 olive, almond and grapevine saplings, vandalized irrigation pipes, destroyed a water tank, stole a water pump and electrical equipment.

9. Arab Al Malihat, west of Jericho - night attack against the inhabitants’ tents.

10. Road 60 from Kfar Etzyon to Efrat colonies - a colonist fired at a Palestinian car standing at roadside. Car damaged.

11. A-Tayibe, east of Ramallah - following ongoing colonist violence, 6 families took part their tents and left their land. Upon their leaving, colonists brought cattle into the deserted lands, secured by soldiers.


12. Dayr Jarayer, east of Ramallah - for 5 days running colonists have been attacking olive harvesters and chasing them away. Today Palestinians confronted them. Consequently – 5 wounded Palestinians. 2 colonists wounded, one of them severely (Israeli media reports only colonists wounded).

13. Aqraba, south of Nablus - colonists and soldiers force olive harvesters to leave.

14. Huwara - the army places sign forbidding entry of Israelis (It is Area A although some of it is Area B and some C). Colonists remove the sign.

 

Friday, October 27

Fatalities

1. Abdallah Abu Alheije, from Yamun - killed in the raid on Jenin.

2. Ayssar Al Amar, 24-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.

3. Jawad Al Turki, 19-years-old, from Jenin refugee camp.

4. Qasem Abed Al Hafez, 26-years-old, from Qalqilia.


Arrests

67 persons arrested.




Clashes with the army

Friday evening sees numerous protest marches supporting Gaza. Most have entailed clashes with the army.


1. Qalqilia - morning raid in which a Palestinian was killed. In the evening – confrontations in the northern entrance. 5 wounded by live fire.

2. Hebron - confrontations in the northern entrance. The soldier fire at a protest march. 3 wounded, many suffocated by teargas.

3. Bethlehem - northern entrance – confrontations following protest. 4 wounded by live fire.

4. Al Bira - confrontations, 14-year-old wounded by live fire.

5. Dayr Abu Mash’al, north-west of Ramallah - confrontations. One person wounded in the belly by live fire, only much later taken to hospital.

6. Huwara Checkpoint, south of Nablus - confrontations. Minor wounded in protest march.

7. Beit Awa Checkpoint, north of Hebron - A Palestinian turned himself in (after his mother and brother were arrested to pressure him). Evacuated to medical care later with fractured legs by blows.

8. Nablus - city raided. Confrontations. 4 wounded by live fire. 1 wounded by shrapnel, another by vehicle.

9. Jericho - raid of Ein Al Sutan (north) and Aqbat Jaber (south) refugee camps. Confrontations. No wounded reported.

10. Beit Furiq, east of Nablus - confrontations. One person wounded by live fire.

11. Madama, south of Nablus - confrontations. One person wounded by live fire.

12. Jenin - city raided. 2 killed, 12 wounded by live fire. After retreat, body of a third person killed by UAV fire.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Taqu’a, sout-east of Bethlehem - Stones thrown at vehicles.

2. Susia - attack against village homes. Clashes and threats that they return in the evening.

3. Umm Al Khair, Massafer Yatta - blocking the road, fire at a car. Damage to property.


4. Tayibe, east of Ramallah - colonists attack a Palestinian family, beat up a 15-year-old who summons his father. The colonists attack the father with a rifle butt and steal his car.

5. Sara, west of Nablus - Colonists attack olive harvesters, shoot and wound one of the harvesters.

6. Burin - invasion of farmland, theft of olive crop. Police summoned, did not show up.

7. Al-Luban Al Sharqia, north-west of Ramallah - backed up by soldiers attack olive harvesters, steal equipment and olives, chase away the harvesters.

8. Nahalin, south-west of Bethlehem - colonists attack olive harvesters.

 

Saturday, October 28

Fatalities

1. Balal Mohammad Salah, 40-years-old from A-Sawiya. Killed by colonist-soldier on leave.


Arrests

25 persons arrested.


Clashes with the army

1. Al Arub refugee camp, north of Hebron - confrontations. One 13-year-olde wounded by live fire. Suffocations by teargas.

2. Al Jilazun refugee camp, north of Ramallah - home of a man (arrested several days earlier) demolished. 7 persons remained homeless including a baby.

3. Shu’afat refugee camp, north-west Jerusalem - confrontations, suffocation by teargas.


Demolitions

1. Beit Hanina, north-east Jerusalem - 3 houses demolished of 3 brothers, inhabited by 18 persons.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Beit Iksa, north-west of Jerusalem - colonists vandalize 10 vehicles. Again.

2. Qusra, south-east of Nablus - colonists attack olive harvesters. Stones thrown. Club beatings. 10 olive trees uprooted. The ‘securing’ soldiers fired teargas and live fire at resisting Palestinians.

3. Dayr Istia, north-west of Salfit - colonists attack olive harvesters.

4. Al Daraj, east of Yatta - colonists steal a shepherd’s sheep.

5. Kufr A-Deeq, west of Salfit - colonists attack olive harvesters.

6. Zanouta, south of Hebron - 250 Palestinians are forced to desert their village after ongoing colonist harassment.


7. Tuba, Massafer Yatta - stones thrown at homes, equipment stolen.

8. Sha’ab Al Botom, Massafer Yatta - homes attacked, property vandalized.

9. Khalil Al Lunz, south of Bethlehem - colonists attack olive harvesters.

10. A-Sawiya - colonists attack olive harvesters. They fire and kill one of them. The shooter is a soldier on leave.

 

Sunday, October 29

Fatalities

1. Nasser Al Barghuti, 29-years-old, from Beit Rima.

2. Ramah Khaled Katishat, 32-years-old, from Tamun.

3. Na’im Mahmoud Faran, 31-years-old, from old Askar refugee camp.

4. Rasmi Arafat, 35-years-old, from Balata refugee camp.

5. Hussein Rabi, 25-years-old, from Al Deheishe refugee camp.


Arrests

45 persons arrested.


Clashes with the army

1. Tamun, south of Tubas - raid, confrontations. Much destruction of infrastructure. One person killed, 7 wounded by live fire.

2. Beit Rima, south-west of Ramallah - raid, arrests, confrontations. One person killed, 11 wounded by live fire.

3. Old Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus - demolition of the home of Palestinian who shot and killed 3 daughters of the D. family. Confrontations. One person killed, 10 wounded by live fire.

4. Al Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem - raid and confrontations. One person killed, 4 wounded by live fire.

5. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus - raid and confrontations. One person critically wounded, later died of his wounds.

6. ‘Urif, south of Nablus - confrontations, 14-year-old wounded by live fire.

7. Bani Naim, south of Hebron - confrontations. No wounded reported.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Tuba, Massafer Yatta - colonists attack homes, steal 6 sheep and farming equipment.

2. Wadi Fuqin, north-west of Bethlehem - colonists block village entrance in order to prevent electricity company workers from working on generator.

3. Susia, Massafer Yatta - colonists attack the community, beat up 2 Palestinians and wound them. Threaten to kill them if they do not leave.

4. Wadi Jheish, Massafer Yatta - colonists attack the community, beat up one of the villagers and threaten to kill if they do not leave.

5. Al Khader, south of Behtlehem - El’azar colony security official prevents villagers from accessing their lands.

6. Karyut, south of Nablus - Palestinians are attacked, colonists vandalize water tanks and uproot trees.

7. Burin, south of Nablus - colonists accompanied by soldiers work in Area B. Continue despite orders to desist.
